Joining the party a little late. But, hey, we still have 39 weeks to go! Right? Starting weight: 235.5 January 2021 Goal weight: 199 by January 1, 2022 Current weight: 226 Goals: Exercise 30 minutes+ a day, 5x a week Drink more water Stay within daily calorie goal Reduce alcohol consumption (unfortunately, my downfall)
