  • My official weigh day is every Tuesday morning before I get ready for work. However, I also step on the scales at other times even though i do try to resist it.
  • As I am just starting, well actually re-starting, should i just post a current photo? Then hopefully somewhere down the line post a new one when i have lost further weight??
