For it’s still feeling like I weigh 186 pounds. Like I am now 163 5”8 and fit, and i walk around places like target and I see skinny girls and I feel so big, when I know I’m not. But my brain has not adjusted to the fact that I look different and that I have lost weight. It’s so strange !!

I got very intense, I mostly did a restrictive calorie deficit because I was wanting to let go of the weight that I gained at my new job. I will continue to lose weight at a slower pace now.

Calorie deficit, weight training 6 days a week. Weights first then cardio. I jump rope personally.

I don’t log my exercise solely because I wouldn’t want to sabotage myself and eat more calories than I should because I see the number of positive calories on MFP go up. With that said, I should just keep doing what I’m doing and logging in my before workout meal?
