I've had an up and down week, got 2 workouts in so far and another scheduled for this evening. Have mostly stuck to my plan, apart from it was my birthday on Wednesday so I just let things slide that day 😂 I also had a couple of sneaky snacks yesterday but stayed under 1500 calories! I'll also add that most of the time I base the pasta/rice/grain part off what we have for dinner the night before, I just do an extra portion then set aside for lunch.

Im a big fan of the no cook lunch too, I think like others have said meal prep ahead is the best way, also means you have a ready prepped healthy meal and dont reach for an easier unhealthy alternative.
