My skin would hurt with clothing on. Especially my thighs. I tried a lot of things, but long story short; cutting eggs out of my diet did the trick.

Keto, GF, IF, vegetarian, "clean"eating, currently vegan. I have IBS so that's the reason for the ping-pong dieting. Vegan is working (i.e. I'm not constantly sick) for now, but it's terribly antisocial which I suppose during this pandemic is not such a bad thing.

Dairy, refined grains (pasta, sweets) I am a bit surprised at the list of healthy foods some think aren't worth the calories. You NEED fruits, nuts, and veggies, people.
