  • This is stunning! Looks like something in the window at Macy's in New York.
  • @FabulousFantasticFifty @MaltedTea I apologize that I neglected to thank you for your sweet compliments. Thank you. MaltedTea I think you might be able to call that a smokey eye. I'm not sure what I was trying for that day but I need to be very strategic about eyeshadow placement because I have hooded eyes.…
  • 👏👏👏 Great job!
  • Looking super pretty! The eyeshadow really brings out the green in your eyes. IKWYM, my makeup game has been lacking since March, too. I'm curious to know what makeup you ordered. I love knowing about the brands that other ladies are really using. I just ordered some brushes from Sigma because I've always wanted some from…
  • I would like to be able to transfer all the laundry from the washer to the dryer without a single article of clothing dropping to the floor.
  • I didn't do the 30 minute hard workout I said I would do. Lack of time and energy. But I did knock out another 20 minute Walk at Home. So I feel half-accomplished. Moving for 20 minutes is better than not moving at all! I also braved the store to buy coffee filters. That was non negotiable.
  • Your tree is so pretty and festive! I won't be putting up mine until 1st week of December. But this thread is great inspiration! And I love your Wonder Woman ornament.
  • ^ I'm out here dying to know what.
  • @nexangelus very impressive with the lifting and muscle development. Makes me want to go back to lifting so much! @robynmac5819 wow! Your weight loss / inches lost is tremendous! Very cool especially to see the changes in your face. You look like a different person! Thank you ladies for posting. You're doing a fantastic…
  • @KosmosKitten @fstrickl I think it's awesome that you ladies are making an effort! The intention is there and the action is following. The hardest part for me is when you buy products that are less wasteful and they don't work as well. I got tired of using disposable dish sponges so I went and purchased (more expensive)…
  • Eating a frozen bean n cheese burrito and drinking caffeinated diet Dr pepper. I should put this under mistakes thread. Also, I have to log my calories. If I don't, this is definitely going under mistakes thread.
  • Eating another microwave meal. Calorie counting is hard, yo. Hoping @Motorsheen will come over and help me do the dishes.
  • Have you tried pure shea butter? It's extremely moisturizing. Not sure how it would interact with acne but I had a really bad sunburn once and this healed it in one day.
  • Your rat crochet is awesome!
  • @KosmosKitten Your arts n crafts are amazing! That dog is fantastic! You are very talented.
  • You're purdy Happy Friday!
  • @KosmosKitten The anxiety you're describing is not a tiny problem. Most people would be phased by that if they ever experienced it. Being affected by it as you are doesn't make you weak. I'm sorry you're going through that.
  • Drink coffee at 6 pm to get pumped for your workout. Then do vigorous exercise for at least 30 minutes. You will get the best night's sleep.
  • ^ I wouldn't make it in your house. Yesterday's dishes still in the sink. Laundry gets done when quarters can be procured (thanks, "national coin shortage." pfft. Floors mopped when mom comes over to help.
  • Neat freak. I want someone who lies smack-dab at the middlepoint of total slob and scrubs-his-baseboards-with-a-toothbrush. Otherwise we just wouldn't be compatible.
  • Despite a gnawing pain in my hip, I did a 20 minute walk at home video, thus partially making up for my calorically abundant day yesterday. Thanks again to @KickassAmazon76 for providing encouragement. I got 'er done! It's amazing how just getting a gentle nudge from a comrade on a fitness site can light the fire under…
  • Reviving this thread because I have a question and I hope someone can answer it. Didn't want to start a new thread. Right now I have a mild - moderate stabbing pain in my left hip, or it may be the hip flexor, I'm not sure. It's in the front and it happens when I'm standing. I didn't work out yesterday and can't tomorrow.…
  • @GymGoddessGoals Sigma is doing 40% off! I'm trying hard to resist but I've always wanted to try Sigma brushes. I feel like they were THE brushes to have for a really long time.
  • Something I've always wanted to do: Christmas in London.
  • You just became my new mfp crush of the day. Thanks for the awesome compliment. And truly, you're the badass with your lifting.
  • Meanwhile a relative suggests I look up Balsam Hill to get a tree delivered. Excited, I was. Only to discover that they are the fine purveyors of artificial Christmas trees. Blech. I'd rather get a lump of *kitten* in my stocking. *If you use artificial trees I apologize. Maybe plastic cheer is better than no cheer at all.…
  • @AnnPT77 Thank you for taking the time to give me tips about rowing form. I wouldn't have known that I wasn't doing it correctly. I've tried it before and I thought it was just pull and push. I was likely doing it wrong. I will check out your link.
  • Thank you to those who suggested rowing. I will try the machine when I get back into the gym. @DancingMoosie thanks for the yt workout. I only have 2 lb dumbbells at home but I've got my eye on some heavier ones. I need to graduate at some point.
  • I've been exercising consistently since March and MadFit routines are still challenging for me, so to me you're doing great being able to make it 15 minutes. If you want to complete a 20, 30, 45, or 60 minute video that's beginner friendly try Team Body Project. I did those for months before I graduated to harder things…
  • https://youtu.be/azF7RsPXB2k This was yesterday's workout. This is day one of the Heather Robertson 12 week workout program. It was extremely challenging for me as there was some jumping and I got out of breath at times. It's mostly cardio with some strength thrown in. The first part had some abs work and there was a move…
