I flavor my water with bottled lemon juice. Helps me drink a lot. If I have no Iced Tea in the house I make a light Lemonade out of water, bottled lemon juice, and stevia.

I'm trying to hit 142.5 at the end of the month. It would be nice to lose another inch from my waist. Working on incorporating more strength training in my workouts. Going to start working more on my glutes and abs. Just trying to make it to Thanksgiving without going over calorie budget. Inching towards size 6.

Don't drink the recommended 8 glasses of water everyday. That is a myth that has been debunked. You are getting plenty of water from all the coffee, soda, and energy drinks you consume. Your liver will separate the wheat from the chaff. Another treasure I've mined from the fitness forums.

Serious answer: Reusable straws like Final Straw come with a long spoolie wand thingy that you can use to clean it. The real question is how do you carry around a reusable straw everywhere you go so you don't have to ask for a straw at Starbucks.
