Is it healthy to stay at the calorie intake I’m at or should I eat more?

I’m trying to get active. Do I gradually increase if I workout more? I only use the recumbent bike for 60min every other day and a 30 minute workout on the other days.

The 1700 calories is usually just what I eat to maintain. I’m scared that eating less will be dangerous

Hi! The only reason I wanted to get down to 110 is because that’s what I was prepregnancy. I feel in my eyes I look bigger at 120lbs but I’m not sure what everyone else sees
