MotylekOkruchy Saturday PW: 136 CW: 135.6 1. I would like to change my weigh-in day to Fridays starting in March. 2. I am very proud of myself for "moving" every single day this month. On most days it was at least an hour of walking but I also added yoga, and yesterday I went swimming.
