I'm having this same issue? Could this have something to do with daylight savings that just recently happened? I see in the official post about sync to make sure timezones are the same between fitbit & MFP. I just checked the settings for both & I have both as Eastern Time (US & Canada) but b/c it's currently DST FitBit…

Updated pic. Got down another 10lbs or so, but also been lifting heavier & putting on a few pounds of muscle. This is around 6.5 months in now. Still quite a ways to go but making progress!

Updating as of today. I'm down 70 pounds today. Here are a few new pics. My goal is to drop another 30 pounds and then start to build up some muscle. I'm hoping to be 190 by early summer.

I have a variety of shakes that I use. Garden of Life, RSP, Fit & Lean, Slimfast. I try to rotate so I don't get tired of one of them. I basically eat between 10am & 6pm. Sometimes I have a later dinner or a few drinks late at night. I try to do cardio 3-4 days a week where I hike 2-3 miles through varying terrain. I also…
