Upgraded my coffee machine yesterday (help the feel good factor due to my operation) and I'm now drinking far too many skinny latte's. 480 calories today... Dohhh. Going to have to slow down the coffee or give up a meal.

Yes it is. Apparently it happens a lot with people who have lost a lot of weight over a shot period. I've lost 100lb in 8 months.

I think this is the group for me. I'm 53 from the UK and married with 4 grown up blended kids (we have two each). I've lost 100lb over the last year and my wife has lost 140lb.

Thanks for all the positive comments. I'd thought I'd post a photo of my wife who has lost 140lb in the last two years. She's been my inspiration for the loss.

When you're eating and you feel the need to drink, it's because your stomach is full and wants you to flush it out (you still digest food in your intestine). I never put a drink on my table when I'm eating. I'll eat until I either feel full or I need a drink. Then I take my plate out, wait a couple of minutes then get a…

Tell him to make a start, he will feel so good about himself.

I'm 5'7" and think everyone over 5'10" should be put in a zoo for lanky freaks of nature lol

Not quite a selfie as I used my phones timer and nearly fell over running back to pose lol. First day in the office after months of lockdown, 100lb down and feeling great.
