Thanks, Diatonic12. I asked my CDE about net carbs. She wants me to have 45g (approximately) total carbs at each meal w/o subtracting fiber. Somehow, that doesn't seem right or maybe it's just that I am struggling to eat within the plan and remain at or under my goals. Any further input you or others have about net carbs…
