You need good healthy fats in your diet, it's essential. I wouldn't sweat it because you went over your fats because you ate salmon. It's the bad fats that I'd be watching out for 😊

Todays the 2nd day in a row I went on a nice hike. Hopefully I can keep it up and stay with it on my days off.. Yesterday's meals were pretty good, I could of not had a beer but it was so tasty! I will be making my meals today for the next 3 days since I work 12 hr shifts i need my food for all meals B,L,D and snacks.

I didnt have that great of an eating day. I worked a 16hr shift yesterday which whiped me out for today. Still have dinner to go, I will probably just have a tasty protein shake with kale, almond butter and a banana.

I count my olive oil when I use it even if some is left behind on the pan, or what ever im using it for. I just count as much as I use which is normally 1tbs

@Dogmom1978 so I just started counting my macros and for the past 4 days I've been way under on my protein. My carbs too but mostly my ptn. I've been having 2 ptn shakes a day to try and catchup on my ptn. What do you mean my diary is open? Thanks for the advice. I love cottage cheese will try that!
