1 week done, so 21 weeks/ 143 days to go. Starting weight 98KG (215lbs), BMI 31, Fat 32.1% Current weight 95 KG (209lbs); BMI 30.2, Fat 30.8% Weight loss 3 KG ( 6 lbs) At the beginning an estimated 50% of weight loss is water weight, which tracks well with what my smart scale measured above.
