@MyChoiceisaGoodLife what are some of your favorite dishes? Where in Colorado do you live? I'm in Georgetown, about an hour sw of Denver.

@NanElisaP Good for you on making the board for weight loss. I hope this week is good for you, too.
-
@inshapeCK congratulations on the good week you had! Way to go!

@lindamtuck2018 How was your mindfulness training? I just enrolled in a breathwork course through Yogalap, and it includes mindfulness aspects, as well. I hope you enjoy yours.

@888Angie888 So sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. It is always wonderful to be able to get outside after being couped up in the house. I hope you continue to get better.

@Slimmersixties You are not a fraud, at all! This seems to be the road that many of us travel and just because we put it on does not always mean we will be able to take it off. Congrats on your success - own it!
-
@Slimmersixties I would love to know what your strategy was last week for such a big loss.
-
@rwood566 I hope you are able to find a solution to your problems. I'm glad you are going to get assistance.
-
@justlogtoday - great loss! What worked for you?
-
Congrats! Very nice!

@lindamtuck2018 Yes, I hate cooking, too! I am so bad about having chips and dip for supper. I'm thinking I may go back to a food delivery plan, every two weeks. Hungry Root was very saimple meals. My son is using misfits, which is vegetables that have been overstocked. He gets really good deals with that, but you still…

I totally relate to the yoyo aspect of losing weight - it took me two weeks to lose 4 pounds and one night to put on 5 - for me it is eating the gluten and the dairy. It is so hard to stay motivated when 1-2 meals can undue all of the good choices you've been making, I know. Good job on all of the good decisions you've…

I'm just impressed with your consistency in drinking the water - and for losing weight. I guess I don't get that thirsty so maybe I need a jug. I haven't been to Conifer, I'll have to check it out. I have a friend living in Castle rock and she really likes it. I'm what they call in the mountains, Georgetown, CO at the base…

@JaysFan82 Wow, you are almost coming up on your one year anniversary, and look at what you've done. Impressive!

@Megan_smartiepants1970 I have a simple question for you regarding water: how do you get 140 oz a day of water? I am new to Colorado and have been told by a practioner I need 132 oz but I find that even at 10 glasses, I have to plan my trips and not get far from the bathroom! Do you have a plan that works? Sounds silly, I…

I never really thought I'd be celebrating the fact that I'm back to my starting weight. Having gained about 6 pounds above it, I realize it can come on me so fast. Even though it takes me a long time to develop good habits, it just takes a minute to bring the bad ones back. I'm caregiver for someone who hs been in the…

I laughed when I read about your new respect for the grocery list - oh, my gosh - I feel like I'm always preparing food when my Grandkids stay with me! Such a blessing to have them, I hope you enjoy your time.

You always amazed me with the distances that you walked, and I know it is not just for the exercise, but the meditative feeling of being in the outdoors and connecting with your animals. I hope your able to find something, even a small thing, that brings that peace to you.

I'm sorry for your loss, and the knowledge this will be hard on your Dad. It is a blessing that your Mom's mind is clear-I bet that was a nice surprise.

@Slimmersixties Yes, you are so right, about the uncontrolled eating - plus I always have shame attached to the excessive drinking and then the overeating. It really is a no win situation and I'm hoping to get control of the drinking and the uncontrolled eating.

I am so very sorry to hear of all of the issues you are going through. I'm in an emotional situation, myself, with someone going through chemo, and I am the primary caregiver. I pretty much ate and drank away feelings the first couple of months. I've started doing the following things in hopes to establish new habits…
