Bearchested Friday CW: 188 I spiraled there for a bit, letting myself eat junk to cope with stress and personal issues, and exercising less. I'm getting back to my good habits, but have a lot of ground to make up. I want to get back to under 185 by the end of the year, with a goal still of 175 next year.
