Bearchested PW: 194.8 CW: 195.2 LTD: 11.8 Went on a 40 mile bike ride Sunday and struggled to get appetite under control early in the week. Plus I took this week off for spring break and I'm not as good with my diet when I'm home.

Bearchested Friday PW: 195.6 CW: 194.8 LTD: 12.2 Due to my increase in cycling my weightlifting coach changed my macros to allow for more carbs while keeping overall calories static. This seemed to help, as I had a stressful week but didn't eat my stress like I usually do.

Bearchested Friday PW: 196.0 CW: 195.6 Completed my first longish (40 mi) bike ride this past Sunday as part of an event in Houston. The ride went great and I realized I could have done the 60 mile event. Working on making sure I don't go over my calorie goal most days.

@frankwbrown Love the pictures. That area, especially Rodeo Beach and Point Bonita Lighthouse, were among my favorites when we lived in California. A couple months ago I had a work trip to California and hiked from Stinson Beach to Muir Woods and back. The fog never really lifted, but it was still a great hike.
