Thank you for your reply! At the moment I would like to loose some weight, not much but just burnt some fat. They I want to start training to gain muscle so my diet would change. Any recommendations on what to eat pre and post workout? Thank you again :)

Thank you so much. I’ve been pretty active during lockdown too but then started in a new job so I haven’t had the time. I’ve been eating pretty good this week and going for a run every day.
