Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Raquel and even though I tried this app some time ago I forgot about it some time after.
I’m back now with my fitness journey so I decided to use the app again to help me!
Any recommendations about exercise or nutrition is super welcome

Hiya Raquel welcome back!!
I've been pretty larger, for quite some time. Lockdown was a godsend for me. I was able to find the time to do the exercise I enjoyed , which was cycling. Added to that, with healthier eating and alot less snacking. I was able to lose 2 1/2 stone in 2 months.
Good luck , hope I can help some time😉1 -
Hello. Your type of workout and diet will really depend on your goals! For me, I am gaining weight. So I use this app and eat in excess, ensuring to meet my macro requirements (50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein). The app can help you with your specific goals. It’s not an exact science, but pretty damn close for casuals like us. Also, generally, a 2 day full body compound exercise split is recommended for beginners in regards to weight training. It’s worked wonders for me so far.1

Thank you so much. I’ve been pretty active during lockdown too but then started in a new job so I haven’t had the time.
I’ve been eating pretty good this week and going for a run every day.

At the moment I would like to loose some weight, not much but just burnt some fat. They I want to start training to gain muscle so my diet would change.
