I just turned 46 last month. And I just commented to someone that I was closer to 50 then I was 25 anymore, lol.

I’ve been a cereal starter to. I decided to do the free trial on the premium and I love the plants that come with it right now I’m following a 28 day meal plan to get me to eating healthier. I’ve tried other food diary apps in the past and just love MFP because of the community!

Hi, Jess. Not new here, but returning after a 6 month hiatus. I've tried LoseIt!, Noom, and ultimately decided on MFP because of the support. Looking to lose around 30 lbs. I have back issues that has slowed be down, but I still enjoy yoga and jogging. Will send FR.

Only 2 weeks apart. I normally don’t do my progress pics so close, but I never did one when I signed up for MFP and since then I’ve started running again.
