Best wishes on your journey. I am aiming to lose 40 gradually.

Hi! I believe how we say things greatly impacts how we understand ourselves. It is not how many times we fall but how gracefully we rise afterwards. There is no day one, and possibly there has never been. We are all on a journey (I wouldn't say I am gracefully moving through mine yet). The important thing to me is that, no…

Having a target to focus on helps. While I am motivated to lose weight, I am focused on healthy eating and exercising (following a program for cycling and running). This makes me accountable to myself.

To cheer myself up, I put on some weight at the start. Amazing. Now back to (slowly) get on track.

Happy to be counted in. Best wishes to everyone. I have started intermittent fasting (12 h) and added exercising routinely.

Could I add you guys?

Sending hugs as well. Wishing you well and hopping you get to a better place.

And good luck to you, too! Do you have any plans to get you where you want to be? I have had many failed starts, but this time, I have started by asserting myself in some areas of my life that needed to be tidied up (mostly about work), and so far, so good 👍 Let me know if there is a best way to support you. Best wishes!

Hi! I am happy to be part of the team. I am just coming out of two years of complete burnout (sometimes you don't even notice where you are until you are very deep into it) due to work and life challenges. I am motivated to keep it going and find myself again. I plan to do one or two half marathons later in the year (I am…

Me X:3 LNS:0 Funny enough, I have started the intermittent fasting, and checking the timer greatly helps. I have felt at times lightheaded in the evening, but now that I have to show I fell more confident about it.

Hi Nicki! Hi from Scotland! I am also trying to break the glass ceiling that keeps bouncing me back to square one. I have a family with three kids (one of them with a significant learning disability) and a busy job. Any time I managed to start flying by becoming fit to the point of being able to run half marathons (even if…

Hi everyone! Hi from Scotland! Happy to be part of the group. Just trying to get going and get fitter and slimmer. Life and work have usually got on the way and the times I was almost there I had to stop to try again later. I am 60 and planning to get into triathlon by 2026. Happy 2025!

I am restricted in time as I work 9-5 and not social hours. To ensure consistency I am following a triathlon plan with Trainerroad. If I don't die during any of the sessions I will let you know how I am getting on. Best wishes to everyone.
