Hello all! I am new here and looking to add friends from everywhere and stay motivated!
I’m 50 years old, have a very active stressful job and a second job that’s less stressful but on my feet the entire shift.
My goal is to lose 50 pounds.

    Time to put yourself front and centre, and do what's best for YOU. I know it's hard making time, I struggle with that myself... but I hate how I look and feel so I need to stop making excuses and do what needs to be done.

    Hi! Welcome. Add me as friend. I have always found it better with like minded friends to keep me inspired. My.main focus is to loose the extra fat, tone and lean muscle and just all around feel good.

    Hi everyone! Hi from Scotland! Happy to be part of the group. Just trying to get going and get fitter and slimmer. Life and work have usually got on the way and the times I was almost there I had to stop to try again later. I am 60 and planning to get into triathlon by 2026. Happy 2025!

    Hi, I stopped running a year ago after many marathons and races. I noticed that I started getting belly fat when I stopped running and after hitting menopause, I gained a lot of weight even though my eating habits did not change. I started weightlifting which added more weight to me. Now, I just wanna lose the fat around the muscle.
