Can't imagine without sugar in life, maybe a less consume. Just don't make life miserable just do it in a balance way. Sugar sometimes makes people fell happy.

You didn't mention your height and age, I'm sorry to say but just try to weight loss some pounds for you to able to work those workouts you wanted. Have a kitchen discipline. good luck man!

I usually drink my coffee black. If I want a relax mood, no sugar for a cup. But if I want something that kick in my head, a cup of coffee with 2tbsp of brown sugar (unrefined) :)

I got right partial tear achilles tendon 3 years ago due to basketball, it took me 2 months for rehab and a year before playing game again, as of today my right calf is noticeable thinner than my left calf.
