Thank you both for the replies. Greatly appreciated No weight loss isn't the driver for the cardio. It is purely the health benefits. Noticed 5 years ago how I felt a million times better because of it. Thank you for the weight advise. 5 years ago I was lifting heavier on the "easier" machines". I was totally winging it…
