I will post a thread here on this forum in a couple of days. I am also not into social media but I have just created a Twitter account so I can post my workouts, what I learn ... just to be accountable. Do you do the same workout all the time or if you increase the load and change your exercises after a while?

Wow, sorry, I missed your post. This will give me all the advices I need to learn. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the tip. I really appreciate. Thanks. I will try to do as many rows as possible. I have just ordered a rowing machine for my cardio but maybe this could help too? Thanks for your tips. What is this exercise exactly? I have never heard of it before. Very good advice because I also got lots of problems in the past…

Thanks. You are right, training with other people is always more motivating but everything is closed now because of covid-19. I will use my little gym. Finally, I have decided to build my training based on the book "Body For Life" by Bill Philips. I will be doing three days/week of cardio and three days/week of weight…

I had the same problem when I move to my condo so I decided to remove the ceiling fan and put it in another room. Now I can jump rope in my little training room. It's not very big but it does the job.

If you don't have a lot of room, I suggest you check the Ironmaster Super Bench. It doesn't take lots of place and you can move it on the side of the wall when you want to use more space for floor exercice or something else. I also own a pair of Power Blocks from 5 to 50 pounds. I really like them because they take…

1. No it's not unhealthy. I would say it's very healthy to evacuate your stress and get in shape at the same time. 2. I am not a doctor but I own a double-end bag (the one you are talking about). I suggest you buy a pair of boxing gloves and you will be very protected and you should not have any problem with your hands.…

You are right, I should add music to my training. I'm thinking of the Rocky soundtrack ;) May I know how many days do you train per day? Thanks for the example. I should go to bed early and get up early in the morning each day. That way, I wont be tired each morning. You are right. I should check my schedule and maybe not…

Hi. Right now, my weight is 181 pounds and I want to get to 168. I am thinking that at the end of March I could maybe get there. And you?
-
Yes I will have to take care of me, sleep my eight hours every night, which I have not done recently due to stress. I want each of my trainings to not take more than 30 minutes for now. Thanks for the tips. I will follow your advices. I have just put my workout gear visible and ready for tomorrow morning. I will also…

Yes, jumping rope is not that easy. I have a mat on my floor so my neighbours can't hear me jumping ;)

Ok I just tried but I can't send or accept invitations. I think it's probably because I don't use the app because everytime I click on the link they bring me to App Store.
-
Hello everyone. Feel free to add me because I don't know how to add people ;)

I am also from Canada. I was thinking that it could be interesting and very motivating to create a group like this in which each member is held accountable for their actions or inactions.

Have a great day Diatonic and see you later :) Why not try following this guy? You don't need boxing equipment. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nH-NsajI2tM Thanks for the welcome. What are you doing normally in the winter? Me I am waiting for the snow. I want to do cross-country skiing a few times per week. It's one of the…

Thanks. I think it will be ok now. Do I have to go on the wheel for every post I make? You don't like skipping rope? Why?

Thanks Diatonic12. If you live in an apartment and you have neighbours below you, it's a good idea to buy a training mat so they will not hear you jumping. Little question, I didn't receive any email notification after you replied to my message. Is it normal? I want to receive email notifications after each message…
