I walk 5-8 miles a day with my dog. I have stepped up my weight training and try to do that 4x a week. I have just begun (again) to reintroduce spinning on my stationary bike at home. I do it with videos from Apple Fitness. I also do Yoga with Adrienne every morning.

I have had to refresh both Apple heart health and MFP to get it to sync today. I also had to go out of MFP completely on my computer to get it to sync.

I really appreciate your post and also many of the comments. I lost over twenty lbs during lockdown, I was so proud of my fitness level and how I was doing.
