It's dumb and I don't pay attention. For instance, today I did a hard spin class for 45 mins, burned 330 cals and my calorie adjustment is -330. WTF? so MFG negated my total exercise calories?

I have this issue all the time! I HATE THE SCALE! AND SODIUM. I am like I couldn't have eaten 7000 cals lol.
