I was vegan for 2 years, then stopped. I definitely learned a lot from the diet itself.

I actually love counting mine. I guess I'm a nerd with it, but it helped me realized how many calories are in the processed foods. We may not think we eat a lot, but those calories add up.

There's a lot of success stories of people losing weight just by walking daily. I actually burned about 200 calories with speed walking for 40 minutes. Walking is what was meant for us to do. We were never designed to sit down all day with a sedentary lifestyle.

The Game Changers influenced me. I tried it out, and had high blood pressure and gained weight and severe bloating. No more vegan for me. The documentary or movie was inspirational though, but it just didn't resonate with me when I tried it out.

My family and I use the Just Dance as well. It brings the fun back into workout without even knowing it. I had my fit bit on, and my heart rate was in the cardio burning.

I recommend to do a subscription with Beach Body on Demand or at least try it out for free. It has tons of low impact workouts.
