  • When I went to work today, my boss only made fun of my weight 2 times today instead of the usual 3 or 4. I am truly blessed!
  • I find it's best to wait till lunch to eat anything, there just isn't enough calories allowed (1500 + Exercise) for 3 decent meals. This way I can have a pretty big lunch or dinner depending how the day goes.

  • Exercising every day is utterly exhausting, and occasionally puts me into an absolute feeding frenzy.. but it has worked very well for me over the past few years.. 48 lbs down, 8 to go!
