Made my July goal of being down 30lbs from my high! I've got a family trip in about 6.5 weeks and I'd like to have lost 40lbs by then (8.3lbs to go) so that's my next mini-goal!

Missed my June goal by 0.2 lbs but I've lost over 25 lbs in total so my goal for July is to lose the next 5 lbs!

Muscle is going to weigh more than fat did so if you've started walking a lot you may not be losing weight because your body is replacing the fat weight with muscle weight. My current mini-goal is to lose another 1.9kg (~4.2lbs) by the end of July, which will mark 25% of my target weight loss of 29.6kg (~65lbs) since I started MFP yet again at the beginning of June.
