Cheat days use to mean eating whatever I want and not logging it. That's why I kept having to 'start over'. Now I don't have cheat days because I'm not cheating myself. You can eat whatever you want to, just fit it in your calories.

I personally take a break from eating lower amounts of calories every couple weeks by eating at maintenance for a weekend. I also enjoy buying myself small things (never food) to reward myself for sticking with it awhile or for losing a set amount of weight.

Exercise is for the body not for weight loss. :) I try to do cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes and two days of weight exercises.

when I was pregnant I set my calories to gain a half a pound a week in the first half of my pregnancy and one pound a week towards the end. Ended up only gaining five pounds above my doctor's recommendation of 20 pounds (then I gained extra after birth but that's another story).

I pick a show and only watch it while using the elliptical, treadmill, or bike. It works really well to make me workout. :)

Thanks guys! I should probably clarify that my "outfit" would consist of like a t-shirt and jeans or sweat pants. so they should fit pretty well on me. I def am not going to buy an entire wardrobe unless I have decided that I'm staying at that weight.

When I was pregnant I gained 25 pounds (haven’t lost it yet but that’s another story...).
