NSV: I thought I was going to have a bad workout today bc I was SO sore from teaching Bodypump on Monday (hello, 80 rep max) but I caught a man staring at my quad and bicep serrations, clearly jealous, and it turned out to be a good session Lower tomorrow 🤙

I was so sore from teaching pump on Monday i was going to take the day off but actually had a killer upper body session! lower tomorrow.

Bodypump class was a breeze this time! Two months ago I barely made it through teaching it.

Sadly, I need to lower weights on my RDLs and Summos....my sciatica is acting up, i can feel strain in the back of my neck and the numbness on the top of my foot. anyone else experience this? what helped you?
