Post covid here. Still learning my limits. This morning I did 8K steps before 10am now I’m very tired and need to lie down. I don’t think I’ll be moving this much at once when I get back to work, but work is still a 15 min walk for me. Sigh **

I contracted COVID early last week, which put my workouts on hold. This along with moving countries, health insurances, and some medical visits have been stressful. Probiotics is one of those supplements I put in the "worth a shot" bucket. Yogurt would definitely help you, but give probiotics a whirl! I would ask your doctor for their recommendation too given your goals of taking the supplement.

I am vaccinated since Feb with Pfzier, but I suppose it does not matter to this delta variant! I had flu symptoms, pretty much every symptom related to COVID, including loss of taste/smell. Right now I just had some congestion in my head and chest. Thank you.

It has happened: I have COVID. Very tired and weak. No loss of appetite, although I am pretty pedantic about eating protein anyways. Wish me a good recovery.

Weight dropped right back down to 108, as expected. I just finished a very stressful time + hormones so here we are still holding steady between 107-111. Sister, this is very common. As women lose fat, it goes from everywhere, but eventually, yes, you will likely lose your boobs. I lost my boobs and *kitten* too. So calorie deficit and lifting will help you lose that cup size and band size.
