Post covid here. Still learning my limits. This morning I did 8K steps before 10am now I’m very tired and need to lie down. I don’t think I’ll be moving this much at once when I get back to work, but work is still a 15 min walk for me. I am at a measly 106lbs and want to gain the right way, but I will not have gym access…

Heading to a 220V location in Europe and always wanted to try an air fryer! Anyone have suggestions? Do you use absolutely NO oil??
Brand suggestions for food in Eastern Europe
So, I figured my international friends may be able to help on here. I am moving to Europe and am not sure what type of brands to search for for healthy choices! I am coming from the US and love my Chobani, Orgain, Quaker, Smuckers, Laughing Cow, etc., but what brands do my Eastern European friends use for healthy eats??
Do you cycle volume? How?
For example after deloads, do you cut back on the volume and perhaps just ensure the weight is higher from the previous meso?

Tight muscles on one side
Very tight hip, glute, quad for the past 2 days. All that darn sitting during the holiday. How to recover and can I train just the other side or skip legs?
