  • Do the evenings if that works for you. If at some point you find yourself too tired in the evenings, then change it to mornings.

  • Hey I'm old enough to be in here. This mornings workout was upper body. Pulling and pushing, some core work, and 15 minutes of cardio on the stairmaster. I'm hitting a protein shake for lunch and I think we will have steaks tonight for the rebuild. Onward and upward!
