Not a maintainer just yet but looking forward to it! Have gone from 220 to 195 in 4 months with about 5 pounds to go. I'm looking forward to adding back some calories and finding my maintenance point. Probably about 6 weeks and I'll be there!

I have to consciously track and restrict calories or i'll gain weight. No doubt. The nice thing about tracking for me is that when I do go nuts and eat a bunch of ice cream or whatever, I see it in the context of so many days where I didn't.
