    46 years old and doing great. Started bodybuilding at 40 and had a shoulder replacement. Went from 330lbs to 175 at 5'8". It's never too late to take back your health

    Good for you! (I have never heard of a shoulder replacement before!)

    42. Went from about 195 (20 pounds more than left pic) to 145 in months.


    If left pic is 175, you must be tall. You make 175 look good!

    Btw I had eight kids with that body with oldest being 28 and youngest being 5 so plastic surgery did help me a little
    I love that you're honest about this. I've had three children, and a couple of major operations which have left my body looking more like a wasteland than a wonderland! I was thinking of having a couple of things done myself, especially for areas that won't change. <3
