The first is me at 21, when I thought my body was in it's prime and I wanted to get back to it (within reason) one day.
The 2nd is me now, 23 years later.

I went kinda soft during the pandemic after a year without strength training at the gym. Lost some definition. But I've managed to piece together some equipment at home, so I'm starting to get back at it. Patience...

46 years old and doing great. Started bodybuilding at 40 and had a shoulder replacement. Went from 330lbs to 175 at 5'8". It's never too late to take back your health15

51 slidin’ in this 40s thread. Still about 10-12 lbs over my normal weight after a pandemic 20lb gain 😒
