Frozen Broccoli steamed cooked in a bag in the microwave is my go to......I love it with eggs and salsa in the morning, with ricotta cheese as a snack and with any protein at dinner.

I actually crave the walk. I feel like if I don't get a walk in, my body does not let me relax.

I get on the phone and talk. Touching base with family and friends keeps my mental health healthy. Everyday, I try to get in a Walk and Talk.
