  • That it's never enough. You can lose all you want but until you figure out what's really wrong it won't make a damn bit of difference. I dropped sizes and pounds but still saw a fat person in the mirror. Landed me in treatment for an eating disorder.
  • Ice it-avoid heat which can make inflammation worse.
  • I used to use MyFitnessPal a lot when I was hardcore battling Anorexia. I now find myself back here...25 lb heavier and not a day wiser...still struggling.
