  • I like You Are Your Own Gym. It's all body weight, so no gym equipment necessary. You can change any of the exercises in a given set to make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level.

  • Yep! Stopped drinking alcohol a few weeks ago. I noticed that the days I drank were also days I ate much more than necessary, so my weekly average calories ended up being maintenance for a weight I'd like to not be at anymore.
