I recommend setting your daily calorie goal to 1500 and ignoring the little message at the end of the day. The scale will tell you if you are making progress soon enough.

I think low carb is a good idea, but I cannot stick to it, and I get the worst "keto flu" that I can never seem to shake. Happy March 1 - I made most of my goals today (except fat grams weres too high and protein grams were too low). Tomorrow will be better, right? :smiley:
