  • That is very inspiring. Good job!
  • Fantastic!!
  • My NSV is that I have not had sugar every day. It's been every other day, but I'm going to make it every third day... Tracked, walked 10,000 steps, stayed in my range.
  • That's an awesome day! For everyone. There are so many good people around.
  • I crave it every evening! I am fine all day but the time after dinner is the hardest. I feel really heroic today. I kept thinking how happy I was going to feel when I got up and thought it was 6/14...less than half the days.
  • I stayed away from sugar! So am at 6/14 days for sugar. Tracked. Exercised. Within calories. Drank water instead of having sugar, thanks @Mrs_Hoffer!
  • I will keep trying. I feel like I'm already ahead because I didn't have sugar ever day. I think I'm eating snacks to substitute though, so will drink water or tea today!
  • Today is my 4th pass day and 6/13 sugar days. Kind of not fully on the saddle. I'm having problems in the afternoon with snacking and it's throwing me way off. So today I am going to ask why I want to snack! It doesn't feel good...I'm so talented at picking up new bad habits.
  • 3rd pass day. Back in the saddle today! 5/12 sweets
  • No to the exercise. Usually, it is not an issue, but I'm so tired 😩 my emotional stress is wearing me down. But I tracked and stayed within calories.
  • Oh, and no workout but I was in the kitchen all day and tracked and stayed within range. 4/10 days of sugar, 2 pass days.
  • That's the interesting thing I find about these questions. You end up realizing some things. I do things but I don't see them as hobbies. Reading, baking, one new recipe for dinner every week...is decluttering a hobby?! I enjoy it 😃
  • Grrr. Hit the wrong key again. Short version 3rd pass, 4th sugar, did exercise
  • Sounds wonderful! And congratulations on your son's Michelin star. What a huge achievement!
  • Great job with the nuts! Or nonuts!
  • What would I say to someone? You're doing these best you know how, and that's got to be good enough. Keep going and you'll get there.
  • Worked out for an hour and tracked everything but went way over so 2/3 pass days. But! No dessert hahahaha. I could have had ice cream and said who cares? But I care, so I didn't. 3/8 days for dessert.
  • Me too! Reading @WhatMeRunning 's comments today made something click for me. I've been feeling blue about something recently and now will work on a shift.
  • I mean I had 3/7 days of dessert...more days without!
  • Finally!! I'm only 8 cals over, so yes yes yes!!! 1/3 pass days and 3/7 no dessert.
  • @biketheworld great timing for me. I wrote a longer post and hit the wrong button again...grrr. but I'm 2/3 and after 400 calories over. I've got 1 pass day now.
  • I picked up a snacking habit in June that I have to break in July. And my daily dessert habit 😆 I exercised and tracked everything, but went over by 200 cals. It's still in the range because of the exercise. I just don't add back those calories. And didn't have dessert, yay! So 0/3 pass days. 2/5 days with dessert.
  • I walked for an hour, tracked. Stayed in the range, ate a small taste of a cookie. But I feel not great, like I ate toouch, and full ...😔
  • Sometimes I hit "done" instead of "post reply" and then wonder where it disappears...
  • Must be glorious scenery!
  • Remember when covid started and everyone was telling each other to be kind to each other? We forgot so quickly...
  • July 3 was a good day. Walked for an hour while watching my favorite terrible tv show at the moment. Tracked everything and stayed in the range. My additional challenge this month is to eat no dessert. So that was a yay as well. 2/3 days of no dessert. Oh and 0/3 pass days but it's still early 😆
  • Awesome. I will try that!
  • @Winner_in_Life inspiration to remember, thank you. My goal is to not regret what I did yesterday...
  • A yes for all three. The first of the month is easy for me, now I have to do it for every day 😀
