  • Thanks for tagging me. I wasn't able to find the group for July! I'm going to report for the past two days now...
  • June has been a bit of a washout for me as well. The difference is, before I joined UAC, I would be really hard on myself and that would lead to a bit of a spiral. But this time, I know I still have had more days of better eating than not. I love the marbles idea and mentally, I have more in the good eating jar, even with…
  • Pass day. Too many variables and I want watching. My leg hurts so I didn't walk. I'm getting a bit worried about it...
  • So i walked, and I tracked everything except this cake I made. But I deliberately ate less so I could have that so I think I stayed in my range. A not-bad day.
  • I feel your pain I exercised but baked a new recipe, so I stopped tracking. And ate pizza. Pass day 3. The recipe wasn't worth it. As I put ingredients in I had to add stuff because it sounded wrong and I had already started mixing...I did this with a peanut butter stew as well. Kind of saw it going wrong and had to add a…
  • Terrible day food-wise. Pass day 3. 0/3. Boo. Started out great, ended terrible.
  • A decent day. Walked, went a little over calories but not much and tracked everything. 2/3 pass days. And heat part is that I out the cookie I didn't need back and had it later.
  • As soon as I figure out how 😜
  • That's amazing. @SModa61 @RangerRickL thank you both. I really enjoy this group. 3/3 today. Stayed on 2 pass days. Lots of physical work emptying boxes of books and walking back and forth from work. We adopted an older cat. I didn't realize how quickly I would love him 💕
  • Pass day 2 here. 0/3. I log the best I can, but don't track exercise calories so figure that evwna it out 🙂
  • I went over calories but exercised and tracked. Still at 1 pass day. I weigh every day but am not sure why 😆
  • I think my post disappeared. Short version: pass day 2. Exercise yes, tracking no, stayed in the range: no, which is why the tracking stopped. I'll do better this week.
  • Pass day 1. Didn't track and definitely went over. But it was the best pizza I have had in a year and I thoroughly enjoyed it, so no regrets!
  • I exercised, tracked and stayed in my range. I wish I had learned earlier that "you can't outrun your fork".
  • I was out of town last week and couldn't really track calories. But I did consider what I ate and went for a walk every day. So all in all, I did well. Now I have to keep at it. No pass days yet.
  • I kept my pass days in the single digits! Eating was on track. Walked. All good
  • No exercise due to a deadline. Tracked and ate within my range. But I had a lot of sodium so that's not going to be good... This month I just feel humbled listening to some things others go through. It makes me feel like I'm not alone. Thanks for sharing and maybe one day I will also have the strength.
  • Three yeses, whoo!!!
  • I was moving heavy things so that counts as exercise! I tracked but went over. At least I tracked. 9 pass days. I count a pass day if I go way over calories. Is that correct? I'm pleased that it's in the single digits still 😆.
  • I like this challenge because it focuses on behavior rather than the scale. It's my first month, but usually by this time, I would have quit a group. Most of them have a weight number in mind as a goal, and invariably I get frustrated because mine goes up and down a bit.
  • @Mrs_Hoffer glad they caught it! @biketheworld ❤️ Tracked, exercised, and reasonably in the range...
  • I exercised, tracked and went over calories. Pass day 8? High anxiety day but I'm going to put it behind me and have a better day tomorrow.
  • Exercised, tracked, but went over so pass day 7. Let's see if I can stay at that for the month...I was fine till I had the cookies.
  • No exercise yesterday, unless you count the high blood pressure due to stress! Went over calories and decided no track...kind of fell apart. Let's call it pass day 7 😂
  • All three yes. 6 pass days so far.
  • Pass day 6 yesterday...
  • Elliptical 30 mins, tracked not very carefully, but I'm pretty sure I stayed within calories, based on how I felt. Nice and light.
  • My NSV is that I've logged far more careful than in previous months, and I have exercised or walked 6days a week. 5 pass days Tracked everything yesterday Within calories And this morning, I'm down half a pound!
  • I have to get better at it. I refuse alcohol because of physical reactions. You're right, I should be able to do the same with food.
  • Exercised and that's it. 4pass days. Went out for dinner and had no say in what was ordered so I just ate to avoid the conversation of how one day wouldn't make a difference. The only thing that went my way is that I didn't have any alcohol and had one spoon of a shared dessert.
