  • Tracked, exercised, but ate above calories. 2 out 3. I'm at my 3rd pass day. There's a tiny trend downward and my goal is to keep that going.
  • You are all doing so well. What an inspiration!! I feel I can do it tomorrow. Today was a bit mixed. 3rd pass day, but I walked. I was stressed and ate my way through, but I didn't have dinner so maybe I saved my self with that. Since I didn't track, I don't know...
  • I've had such low energy that I haven't exercised, but I did walk today so yay! 1 calorie over and I tracked everything. I feel like I'm going uphill a bit, and I bet that darn stress is messing with my body. Stay healthy, everyone.
  • I feel for you. Thinking about teacher conferences gives me angst even after many years... Take care of yourself
  • I tracked everything, worked out for 45 mins and stay in the green!! 2 pass days so far. I'm trying to add a fourth thing to my day, and that's to let go. Bring tense about things I can't control doesn't make them magically better.
  • I felt like this too. But everyone is so kind, and I know I can do this. You can do it too!
  • I'm so impressed by everyone who can stay consistently below their limit. I exercised, tracked everything but am over for the second day. Does that mean I take it as a pass day? Then I have 2 pass days. What happens if I go over 3? Just keep counting?

  • ✅✅✅ I feel a bit better on track but the after-effects of yesterday will take a day or two to get over.
  • I exercised and tracked mostly. Then I kind of stopped since I knew I was going over my calories. I have a lot of anxiety and that's not helpful to eating limited quantities... Tomorrow is a new day.
  • I have to amend this because I had ice cream.and bourbon biscuits after I said I wouldn't...so add a bazillion to my end of day count!
  • Yes to exercise and tracking. I've gone over calories by 50 or so. But it's still better than three days ago so I'm quite happy 😁
  • This is my first day on this challenge. Here I go! Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 1 hour walk Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Almost. 98 over. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!
