You are all doing so well. What an inspiration!! I feel I can do it tomorrow. Today was a bit mixed. 3rd pass day, but I walked. I was stressed and ate my way through, but I didn't have dinner so maybe I saved my self with that. Since I didn't track, I don't know...7

@Mrs_Hoffer Chocolate is way to tempted to be the guardian. I would fail at that task.1

@Mrs_Hoffer It happens Yesterday I had a fasting day which "unexpectedly" ended with a huge ice cream of 900 kcal+. Oh was that good 😃. I didn't see the ice on the scales in the morning, but I definitely don't do the same today. Exercise was a walk plus box moving. Today I was at school spending time setting up the classroom before accepting more students next week. We're distanced and ready to go!

@Higa2021 - I am in the middle of a podcast from 2017 and shes addressing the issues you mention and which I have been vastly guilty of myself.- Be honest with yourself. When you’re tempted to give in to eating something you shouldn’t and the little voice in your head says “I’ll eat this today and be good tomorrow” stop and ask yourself if that’s really true. Do you have a track record of following through on that or is it just an excuse to eat what you want now.
- Love your future self and do her a favor by sticking to your plan today. We go out of our way to help or accommodate other people, but don’t take a few minutes or a moment of discomfort to care for our future self.
I am guilty guilty guilty of those points, but hearing her address them was a “tada” moment, even though it seems so obvious! If you’re interested, it’s the Half Size Me Podcast #256.

@victorious55 - I’m a sucker for nuts too. I never buy those flavored or smoked almonds anymore because there’s no stopping once I start and they’re so high in calories! I can stop after a few raw almonds, but not those flavored ones.
@cjane917 - your classroom looks great. Here, schools are close to being finished for the summer.
@Mrs_Hoffer - lol church potlucks are doom! We always laugh about the ratio of healthy food vs desserts.
 Yes to all 3 today

Thanks for the well wishes, everyone! We are also almost done with school, so it's a bit silly doubling our population at such a late stage in the year , but I think the idea was to open spots up to all students so they could at least have a little bit of time to get used to being in a building again and to get to spend time in person with their friends. It's been hard for them this last year. We'll see how it goes on Monday! No mute button when doing in person learning! , but I think the idea was to open spots up to all students so they could at least have a little bit of time to get used to being in a building again and to get to spend time in person with their friends. Bad food choices amidst a busy day of landscaping. I'm sure I burned all I consumed but I sure didn't need all that sodium. On the plus, I sure did drink a lot of water!!1

@cjane917 Thank you for your part in helping take care of the world's littlest heroes during the pandemic!
To @RangerRickL's point, my smartwatch and phone track "Heart Points" which are based on the World Health Organization's physical activity guidelines. I'm generally do at least 2x more than the WHO's guidelines, even on a lazy week.
That said, I'm learning more and more how much weekly nutrition intake matters over weekly exercise output. Speaking of which, here's my late entry...
