Wow, just about everything you said resonates for me. I have not reached my goal yet, but I remember in times past, I could never actually get to goal and maintenance, because of the inner struggle with my identity.

I started losing in January 2021. I went from 183 down to 160. I had liposuction on my belly, and all around my middle. The doctor said he removed 15 lbs of subcutaneous fat.
