How often are you eating *anything*? I’m talking every little bite you put in your mouth. Frequency may be playing an important role here even if calories are low.

NSV: I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist in the last 2 weeks! 😱🎉 I now really wish I had measured at the beginning, or at least the beginning of January. Oh well! Oh, I also realized that when I shower, my hips are not knocking my son’s bath toy animals off the shelves anymore! 🙌 It’s the little things! 😆😜

I can sit in the tub with space on both sides of me, rather than both sides touching the tub! I really wished I had measured when I started this ~ it would be interesting to know how many inches I've lost!

I think it really depends on how you want to lose. Keeping macros specific can be very helpful. I try to keep my macros as follows: Fat:70-80% Protein: 15-20% Carbs: 5-10% Combined with intermittent fasting can be phenomenal for weight-loss. Maybe it also depends on how much you need to lose? I weigh daily. I have a long way to go as far as losing weight, and seeing those numbers go downward in a steady fashion is very helpful motivation-wise. My body is also very sensitive, so it helps me to know if something is throwing my losses off.

Feel free to add me, as I'm looking to lose a total of 155 pounds, which is just over half of what my body weight was in September. I'm 33 down from then, but 17 pounds down from when I really kicked into gear on January 4th. I will be adding some of you who have posted above :o)
