  • I've gone from 220 to 168 and am in my mid 30s. I don't have loose skin really. I have a loose tummy from having a baby, but I had that before I gained the weight and it likely will always be there. It's nothing to do with my weight loss journey and has firmed slightly due to more exercise. But I don't have loose skin.
  • I think the problem is impatience. It seems like the weight went on in no time, so it should come off in no time and then we focus on it and obsess over it and it moves even slower... So we look around at other people who have perhaps been doing it longer and are already shedding quite rapidly and compare and feel like…
  • haha my kid is 6 and a giant, my knee will never be big enough, but her pillow was lol
  • Water is vital for your body to function. You get water in various foods and drinks, but plain water is purest and so gives you the most hydration with the least "other" Water from Coffee is the same as plain water for example. But coffee water also has the coffee while plain water is just water. Sometimes the additional…

  • We're in the same place. I was 220, I'm now at 170 and have another 20 I'd like to loose.
  • Thank you. I know it’s impossible to tell me for sure with so little information but I really appreciate having an idea of what could be causing it. I’ll get the tape measure out and look to that as my main indicator for a few weeks and try to log my intake too.
  • @sijomial Oh no, now I'm scared. I definitely have a road bike with a trailer on the back. It's a nice set up and we love it, but it doesn't even like the sand drifts and pot holes we run into, it can't really deal with much more than a nice smooth road.
  • @NorthCascades I probably don't need any of the locked features, it is just really hard to navigate the app and figure it out when every two seconds it's telling to buy it to unlock this that and the other. It just puts me off using it. @sijomial Thank you for that suggestion. I'm in North Wales which is really bike…
  • Stop skipping meals. I never eat breakfast and somewhere along the way I stopped eating Lunch too and gaining weight. By adding lunch back in, I started loosing the weight because I felt more full for longer.
  • Mum of a five year old here. We’re doing the thousand hours outside challenge which is getting us to get up and go outside most days right now. Feel free to add me
  • Jenny Ford is amazing! Thank you. I love how clear her videos are and that the beginner videos are very well explained with countdowns to change the move and she's really supportive too! Like whenever I start flagging she seems to know and chime in with encouragement. I think she's an instructor I can stick with.
  • Thank you Ninerbuff, I'll check them out.
  • Hey there, I have a five year old and would love more mum friends.
  • I'm a stay at home 33y/o mum to a 5 year old with close to 50lb to loose. I'll be your friend.
  • J-pop Pretty much ANYTHING in the genre! It just makes me want to move.
  • A combination of injuries, limitations of time and lack of motivation. Recently COVID has been making it harder because we’re not able to meet friends or travel which has cut out the only things I still really did. My sister was letting my daughter learn to ride so I was walking a lot at a quick pace to lead her but now we…
  • Wonderful! It's lovely to meet you.
