Hello all, I am a great starter just not a great keeper upper. So let’s see how this goes. I want to keep myself accountable. Meal plan , only eat what’s on the meal plan and exercise everyday. Would like to get back below 200 pounds. HW-358 LW-197 CW-240

Hello, Just joined to lose 70 pounds! I am 46 be 47 in February. Am I the only one that has totally enjoyed my 40’s? I can use some friends but just learning how this mfp works. Lol

I just did the 10 day reset. It really helped mainly resetting my brain that I do not to eat as much as I have been. Good luck to you. And congratulations on your baby!!
